登録への道のりと「JASTI監査A判定」

本登録にあたっては、事前に労働環境や雇用管理等の適正性を証明するため、第三者機関による厳格なJASTI監査を受審いたしました。 その結果、法令遵守状況や就労環境において最高評価である「A判定」を取得いたしました。

このA判定取得とJAIMへの登録が完了している縫製工場は、岐阜県内でもいまだ18社程度（2025年12月時点）に限られております。 この数字は、登録要件の厳しさと、それをクリアできる体制を持つ工場の希少性を示しています。

当社がその一角として認められたことは、長年取り組んでまいりました「クリーンで働きやすい環境づくり」が客観的に評価された結果であると自負しております。

Announcement: Registration with JAIM and Achievement of JASTI Audit “Grade A”

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage. We are ISJ Enterprise Co., Ltd., a garment manufacturing factory based in Gifu City.

We are pleased to announce that, in our commitment to optimizing the system for accepting international human resources in the textile industry, we have joined the Japan Association of Industrial Manufacturing (JAIM) as a supporting member. Furthermore, we have successfully completed our registration for the “Sewing” business category under the Specified Skilled Worker program.

The Path to Registration and Our “JASTI Grade A” Rating

To ensure the integrity of this registration, we underwent a rigorous audit by JASTI, a third-party organization, to verify the appropriateness of our labor environment and employment management. As a result, we were awarded the “Grade A” rating, the highest evaluation for legal compliance and workplace conditions.

As of December 2025, only approximately 18 sewing factories in Gifu Prefecture have both achieved this Grade A rating and completed their registration with JAIM. This small number reflects the stringency of the requirements and the rarity of factories equipped with the systems necessary to meet them.

We take great pride in being recognized as one of these select companies. We believe this is a direct result of our long-standing dedication to creating a “clean and worker-friendly environment.”
