2025年 年末のご挨拶：国内縫製工場の誇りと、持続可能な未来への決意

時下ますますご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。 平素は格別のご愛顧を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

2025年、地方の製造業を取り巻く環境は、人件費の改定や諸経費の記録的な高騰により、かつてない試練の連続となりました。岐阜市に拠点を置く弊社にとりましても、経営の舵取りにおいて非常に厳しい判断を迫られる一年でありました。しかし、このような時だからこそ、私たちは「守るべきもの」と「変えるべきもの」を明確に定め、一歩ずつ歩みを進めてまいりました。

日本の繊維産業を支える「信頼」と「基盤」の構築

本年、株式会社アイエスジェイエンタープライズは、将来の安定的な製造体制を見据えた大きな節目を迎えました。

• JASTI「A判定」の取得 経済産業省が策定した、繊維産業の監査要求事項・評価基準「Japanese Audit Standard for Textile Industry（JASTI）」において、最高ランクの「A判定」をいただきました。弊社の労働環境や透明性が、国の定める厳しい基準に合致していることが公的に証明されました。

• JAIMへの登録完了と特定技能人材の受け入れ準備 2025年に設立された、製造業分野における特定技能外国人材の受け入れと支援を行う新たな民間団体**「一般社団法人 工業製品製造技能人材機構（JAIM）」**への登録を完了いたしました。

これにより、持続可能な製造体制を維持するための人材基盤が整いました。ご指導を賜りました経済産業省をはじめとする関係省庁の皆様に、深く感謝申し上げます。

1.4％の現実と、経済安全保障としての「国内縫製」

現在、世界情勢の不透明さが増す中、経済安全保障の観点から半導体をはじめとする様々な製造業で、生産拠点を国内に戻す動きが加速しています。 しかし、私たちの生活に密着した衣料品の現状は、極めて深刻です。2024年の衣料品国産自給率（数量ベース）は、わずか1.4％。この数字は、日本の「衣」が、いかに海外の供給網に依存しているかを物語っています。

有事の際にも、質の高い衣服を安定して供給し続ける力。私たちは岐阜の地で培った縫製技術を絶やすことなく、**「国内製造」**にこだわり続けます。たとえどれほど環境が厳しくとも、1.4％の砦を守り、次世代へと繋いでいくことが、私たちの使命であると確信しております。

2026年に向けて

来年も、最新のサステナブル素材の活用と伝統的な職人技を融合させ、皆様に信頼いただける「Made in Japan」をお届けしてまいります。

Year-End Message 2025: Our Commitment to “Made in Japan” in a Rapidly Changing World

Dear Partners and Clients,

As we approach the end of 2025, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for your continued support and partnership.

For regional manufacturing in Japan, this past year has been one of unprecedented challenges. We have faced significant pressure from rising labor costs and soaring overhead expenses. However, even in this demanding environment, ISJ Enterprise Co., Ltd. has remained steadfast, focusing on building a transparent and sustainable foundation for the future of the garment industry.

Milestones in Compliance and Human Resources

This year, we have achieved two major milestones that reinforce our position as a reliable manufacturing partner:

• JASTI “Grade A” Certification We have been awarded Grade A under the Japanese Audit Standard for Textile Industry (JASTI), an auditing framework established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan. This certification officially recognizes our excellence in labor conditions, safety, and corporate transparency.

• Registration with JAIM We have completed our registration with the Japan Association for Human Resources in Industrial Product Manufacturing (JAIM), a newly established organization in 2025. This allows us to properly welcome and support “Specified Skilled Workers” from overseas, ensuring a stable and skilled workforce for years to come.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to METI and all relevant government agencies for their guidance and support in these initiatives.

Economic Security and the Value of Domestic Production

In light of increasing geopolitical uncertainties, the concept of Economic Security has become more critical than ever. We are seeing a global trend of “reshoring”—bringing production back home—to ensure supply chain stability, particularly in high-tech industries.

In the apparel industry, the reality is stark: Japan’s domestic self-sufficiency rate for clothing (by volume) fell to a mere 1.4% in 2024. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, our mission remains clear. We are committed to maintaining and protecting domestic manufacturing here in Gifu. We believe that the ability to provide high-quality products from within Japan is not just a business strategy, but a vital responsibility.

Looking Ahead to 2026

In the coming year, we will continue to blend traditional Japanese craftsmanship with innovative, sustainable materials—such as fabrics derived from ocean plastics—to deliver exceptional “Made in Japan” quality to the world.
