ISJ Enterprise Co., Ltd. — Made in Japan sewing factory based in Gifu City, Japan.
We support sampling to bulk production for women’s woven, women’s cut-and-sew, men’s casual, and leggings pants, with standardized QC and needle detection.

Manufacturing partner for premium and luxury apparel.
We provide CMT (customer-supplied materials) and OEM support (partial Japan domestic sourcing when required), covering cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection, and needle detection as a standard process.

We support long-term product value through quality, durability, and repeatability in bulk. We reduce rework and waste by aligning specifications and standards before production.

Animal-friendly（動物に優しい）

We can support animal-free material requests depending on the customer’s specification. Please inform us in advance if your program requires non-animal materials and trims.

Eco-friendly materials (non-organic)（環境に優しい素材：オーガニック除く）

We can work with preferred materials specified by the buyer (e.g., lower-impact fibers or certified materials) when provided or when sourcing is requested (subject to supplier availability and MOQs).

Organic（有機物）

If organic fabrics are required, we can produce using buyer-supplied certified materials or support sourcing where available. Certification and documentation depend on the material supplier.

Recycling & waste（リサイクルと廃棄物）

We aim to minimize cutting loss and production waste through efficient pattern handling and controlled production planning. Where possible, we follow customer instructions for leftover material handling and disposal.

Pollution reduction（汚染削減）

We prioritize clean, controlled production processes and work to prevent defects that lead to waste. For processes that may affect emissions (e.g., special finishing), requirements must be agreed in advance.

Chemical management（化学物質管理）

We follow appropriate handling practices for materials and processes used in sewing production. If your brand requires restricted substance lists (RSL/MRSL) or specific compliance documents, please share them for alignment.

Water efficiency（水効率）

Core sewing production is low-water by nature. For any washing/processing steps requested by the buyer, we align with partner facilities and customer requirements.

Energy efficiency（エネルギー効率）

We operate with controlled production scheduling and maintenance practices to support efficient operations. Continuous improvement is prioritized where feasible.

Supporting traditional skills（伝統的スキルの支援）

We preserve Japanese craftsmanship by maintaining skilled sewing techniques and disciplined workmanship standards, training operators to protect consistent finishing and repeatability.

Ethical sourcing & supply chain management（倫理的調達とサプライチェーンマネジメント）

For OEM sourcing support, we work through established domestic networks and confirm supplier conditions, lead times, and minimums before proceeding. We can share sourcing information as appropriate.

Good working conditions（良好な労働条件）

We maintain an organized working environment and production management to support safe and stable operations. We can provide basic factory information for partner due diligence upon request.

Fair trade（フェアトレード）

We do not claim Fair Trade certification or WFTO membership. However, we prioritize transparent business terms and responsible production management. If customers require certified materials, we can manufacture using buyer-supplied certified fabrics and documentation.

動物に優しい

環境に優しい素材（オーガニック除く）

買主様指定の素材（低環境負荷素材や認証素材など）がある場合、支給または調達サポートにより対応可能です（調達可否は仕入先条件・MOQ等によります）。

有機物（オーガニック）

オーガニック素材が必要な場合、支給された認証素材での生産、または入手可能な範囲での調達サポートが可能です。認証・証憑は仕入先の条件に依存します。

リサイクルと廃棄物

パターン運用や生産計画の管理により、裁断ロスや生産廃棄の低減に努めます。余り資材の扱いは、可能な限りお客様の指示に沿って対応します。

汚染削減

清潔で管理された製造工程を前提に、不良発生を抑える運用により廃棄を減らします。特殊加工等で排出に影響する工程がある場合は、事前に要件合意を行います。

化学物質管理

縫製生産で使用する資材・工程について、適切な取り扱いを行います。RSL/MRSL等の制限物質基準や遵守要件がある場合は、事前に共有いただければ整合します。

水効率

縫製工程そのものは水使用が少ない生産形態です。洗い加工等の工程が必要な場合は、協力先施設と連携し、お客様要件に合わせて進行します。

エネルギー効率

生産スケジュール管理や保守運用により、効率的な稼働を意識しています。可能な範囲で継続的改善を行います。

伝統的スキルの支援

日本の縫製技術を維持し、工程規律と仕立ての品位を守る技能・運用を重視しています。再現性と安定品質のための教育・標準化を行います。

倫理的調達とサプライチェーンマネジメント

OEM調達サポートでは、国内ネットワークを通じて仕入先条件（納期・最低ロット等）を事前確認し、合意の上で進行します。必要に応じて、共有可能な範囲で調達情報を提示します。

良好な労働条件

整理された作業環境と生産管理のもと、安全で安定した運用を重視しています。取引先のデューデリジェンスに必要な基本情報は、要請に応じて共有可能です。

フェアトレード

当社はフェアトレード認証やWFTO加盟を主張しません。一方で、透明性のある取引条件と責任ある生産管理を重視しています。認証素材の指定がある場合は、お客様支給の認証生地と証憑に基づき生産対応が可能です。
